What CloseNote AI does
CloseNote AI provides reusable ticket-closure templates inside your web-based helpdesk. The extension helps you find and insert a response, but it is not a ticket-management system and does not create a database of your tickets.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect or retain ticket text, customer names, email addresses, usernames, passwords, internal notes, helpdesk records, browsing history, or other information entered into your helpdesk fields. We do not use this information for analytics, advertising, profiling, training, or any other purpose.
Local extension settings
Any templates or preferences you create are kept locally in your browser for the extension to function. They are not transmitted to or stored by CloseNote AI. You can remove local extension data at any time through your browser's extension settings.
Third parties
CloseNote AI does not sell or share your information with third parties. The extension does not use your ticket content for advertising or tracking.
